INCOME TAX FORMS

Federal Tax Forms

Update: We have received news that the number and type of federal tax forms that will be provided to libraries has been greatly reduced.

We will not be receiving the instruction booklets that we ordered as well as many other schedules and forms. We will only be receiving the forms for the 1040, 1040A and the 1040EZ.

Tax forms can be downloaded from IRS.gov/Forms and they can also be ordered with free home delivery by calling 1-800-829-3676 or visiting IRS.gov/orderforms. We can assist you with printing out forms and instructions at the Library, but there is a $.10 cent per page fee.

Michigan Tax Forms

The library receives Michigan tax forms each year. If we don’t have the forms you need, they are available through the Michigan Department of Treasury.
